Data encryption
Information is protected with encryption in transit using industry-standard TLS, and data stored with our cloud providers is encrypted at rest. Sensitive credentials are never exposed to the browser.
Secure cloud infrastructure
Our platform runs on established, reputable cloud providers with strong physical and network security. We rely on managed, regularly-maintained infrastructure so security updates are applied promptly.
Least-privilege access
Access to data is restricted to what is needed to do the job. Records are protected by row-level security so information about your home is reachable only through an authorized relationship to it — not by other users.
Authentication
Accounts are protected by managed authentication with secure password handling. We continue to strengthen sign-in protections over time.
Monitoring
We log and monitor system activity to help detect and respond to unusual behavior, and we design our logs to avoid capturing unnecessary personal information.
Certified Partner security
When we coordinate a service, we share only the minimum information a Certified Partner needs to complete the work you requested. We expect our partners to handle your information responsibly.
Responsible disclosure
We welcome reports from the security community. If you believe you've found a vulnerability, please contact us promptly at (860) 321-0946 so we can investigate and address it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to respond before any public disclosure.
